This site offers social studies lessons for grades 3-12 that are aligned with Ohio’s State Social Studies Curriculum. This is a non-partisan site and it has 12 bipartisan supporting sponsors including the Supreme Court of Ohio, the Ohio Association of Election Officials, the Ohio Center for Law-Related Education, and the Ohio Department of Education.

National Museum of American History Education Resources

This link offers lessons, activities and primary sources for topics in American History.  It also provides links to virtual tours of the museum’s exhibits.

Explore Ohio’s ancient past, including native peoples and animals, as well as its cultural and economic development as a state.  Some of these resources require a fee, but others are free.
