eCard Policy

An eCard is for adult, Ohio residents if they are interested in an “online only” relationship with the library. This gives patrons access to electronic resources only.

An eCard allows you access to all remotely accessible electronic resources, including online resources and downloadable eBooks, audio, video and music.

An eCard does not allow for the checkout of physical materials. If you wish to check out library materials, you must upgrade to a standard Fairport Harbor Public Library card.

You do not need an eCard if you already have a standard Fairport Harbor Public Library card.
