Registration has begun for the 2023 Fairport Harbor Summer Library Celebration which runs from June 3 to July 29.

The celebration will involve the entire community and all library users. Earn prizes by visiting the library, attending programs, and borrowing materials. All adults, teens, and children will receive a free gift just for registering. Child and teen participants will receive a new book for their home library at the end of the summer ice cream social, sponsored by the Fairport Creamery.
The summer will kick off with an Art & craft fair and book sale on June 10 from 9am to 3pm.
Young readers can practice their reading skills with therapy dogs at the library, attend art club, kindergarten club, story time, crazy 8’s math club, coding for girls, a stuffed animal sleep over, and many other activities. Be sure to come see Alpacas on June 13 and Jungle Terry on July 12.
Teens and Tweens will want to join us for a summer writing workshop, special”tea” parties, coding for girls, chess club, and more.
Adults are having a groovy time in the library this summer as well with coloring & conversation, book groups, a writers’ group, mending circle, reader’s theatre, knitting group, history discussions, chess club, and other events.
