The Library is governed by a Board of Trustees consisting of seven members who volunteer their time and expertise.  Board meetings are the second Tuesday of every month (no meeting in July) at 5:30 p.m. in the Library Meeting Room.  The public is encouraged to attend.

2023-2026 Strategic Plan

The FHPL Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, July 15th at 4:30 pm. The meeting will be held in the Common Ground Supervised Visitation Center located at 611 Plum Street in Fairport Harbor, Ohio. The meeting will begin with an executive session but will be open to the public once the session is concluded.
